performances, artisan demonstrations, food and craft vendors, and more.

• 07/18/25 – Artists will be notified of their selection.
• 09/29/25 – 10/03/25 – Drop-off.

• 10/18/25 – Awards will be announced
• 12/01/25-12/04/25 – Pick-Up
Submission Guidelines
• Three works per artist may be submitted for a fee of $25. All work must be original.
• Up to 4 additional pieces can be submitted for $5 each for a total of 7 pieces.
• Painting, photography, mixed media, ceramic, textiles, and sculptures are welcome.
• All hanging items must be pre-configured to hang.
• A 15% commission will be taken by the Sugar Hill Arts Commission for any sold artwork.

• Email high-res PDF or JPGs with the subject line “Sugar Rush Juried Show” to
artscommission@cityofsugarhill.com
• Each file should be named using the artist’s name and title of art. (Example:
VanGogh_TheStarryNight.jpg or VanGogh_TheStarryNight.pdf)
• Include: Artist name, title, year created, medium, dimensions, price, information about the
artwork, and any website or social media links.
